idea2.life · the engine

The WonderMachine.

The WonderMachine is the engine of idea2.life: a recursive, human-guided, AI-augmented process that turns a visionary signal into a living, operational venture.

a recursive, human-guided, AI-augmented creative architecture that seamlessly outfolds visionary signal into living operational systems, catalyzing regenerative ventures through the fusion of wonder, serial intelligence deployment and self-evolving signal-to-system translation.

— the machine's founding definition

In plain words: you bring a vision you genuinely hold, and the machine walks it through defined stages, one at a time, until it lives on its own — without needing you to carry every step by hand.

Test the first gate yourself — no signup, no pitch.

What goes in

Two things, and nothing invented.

The machine starts from exactly two inputs — nothing more is assumed on your behalf:

  • Your gathered notes and context — whatever you already hold about the idea: research, conversations, half-formed thoughts.
  • One clear vision artifact — a single statement of what you're building and why, that you stand behind.

The machine never invents facts about your venture. Where it lacks knowledge, it asks you rather than filling the gap itself.

The eight gates

The stage it truly stands at.

A gate names where a venture honestly stands right now — not a level it buys or earns, but the plain truth of what has actually been done. It advances to the next gate only once the thing that gate asks for has really happened. The eight gates, in sequence:

  1. Intake — your vision becomes a founding profile: what you're building, why, and what's already known about it.
  2. Articulate — the idea learns to say itself clearly, in words someone outside your head can actually follow.
  3. Prototype — a working first version, exercised for real use — not just deployed and left sitting idle.
  4. Name — it gets a workable name. Naming is a step, never a blocker.
  5. Validate — real pull, shown by visitors, signups, and conversations — not by projections.
  6. Spread — publishing across channels, so the venture becomes findable by the people it's for.
  7. Team up — first collaborators join, in small, time-boxed steps — not a leap straight into hiring.
  8. Incubate — the venture stands up as its own holon (a self-directing unit), with idea2 continuing as support, not owner.

The rule holds at every gate: no gate passes on narrative alone. Each one wants evidence.

Stages of the journey

Every stage has three doors.

Each stage offers a default tool, an expert to partner with, and a do-it-yourself path. The cards below turn gently through all three — hover or focus any card to hold it still.

Spread

Publication Pipeline.

A two-month, AI-accelerated publication pipeline that turns a venture's vision into one flagship artefact and a serial stream flowing from it — threads, carousels, one-pager PDFs, quote cards — across LinkedIn, X, a Google presence, Instagram, Facebook, and Xing.

One source, many expressions. All templates, workflows, and automation remain the venture's to keep.

Right now it is woven venture-by-venture inside the machine; ask for it by name when you reach the Spread gate.

The stack

Built on tools you could use yourself.

No secret sauce in the plumbing. The machine's current default stack is public, and every piece is something a venture can pick up directly:

  • Lovable — the first working prototype.
  • Supabase — data and auth.
  • GitHub or Codeberg — source, kept in the open.
  • Netlify — hosting.
  • Base44 — the budget tier when a venture starts leaner.
  • Cursor — hands-on coding when the credits run out.

This names the current default; any venture may diverge when its needs do.

Two screens

Every venture passes both.

Alongside the gates, every venture the machine works on is checked against two standing questions:

Sovereignty

Does it increase the sovereignty of everyone it touches? No dependency traps — nothing that quietly locks people in.

Regeneration

Does it regenerate more than it depletes? Who bears the cost, three steps out from here?

Where it stands

Assembled in the open.

The WonderMachine is being assembled right now, in the open — it is not a finished product, and it isn't accepting customers.

unfold-news.com is the first venture currently moving through the gates. Other ideas queue behind it.

Sourcekeeping

You stay the source.

There is one entry condition: the founder has to be willing to keep source — to hold authorship and direction of the venture the whole way through.

The machine serves stewards. It cultivates and equips; it never owns. For the mechanism in detail: how stewardship works.

Choose your path

Start with what you already hold.

If you carry a vision and are willing to stay its source, the first gate is Intake.
